Coconut Creek is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Coconut Creek follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. This was such a great, laid-back experience for my son and me. There were so many animals to see, plus pony rides and the option to adopt anything from a rabbit to a pig. They had a food truck, and on the day we went, there may have been a special event because a volunteer was grilling different meats, giving out food, and even doing a short how-to on grilling steaks. There was also a chapel, a bounce house, and plenty of wash stations throughout the area so you could keep washing your hands. The $20 I spent to get in went a long way, and the food was pretty affordable too. Overall, it was a beautiful experience and definitely worth it.

We had my son’s 2nd birthday party at Redstone Ranch, and it was absolutely perfect! The coordinators were great to work with and made sure every detail was taken care of. The horse hug and brush add-on was 100% worth it. It ended up being one of the highlights of the party, and the kids absolutely loved it. My son had the best time, and all of his friends did too. His party was yesterday and he is already asking to go back there today.

Today I visited Redstone Ranch on Mother’s Day and had a very disappointing experience. I noticed they were giving roses to mothers near the checkout area. My family — my husband, our two young children, and I — waited in line for our turn. The girl at the register (in picture)asked if there was a mother in our group, and I said yes. After we paid, I honestly thought she would hand me a rose like everyone else… but she completely ignored me. Thank you for your reply. My child already wants to come back because we had such a great time, and we live only 3 minutes away. I’m sure we’ll be visiting again soon! Later, my husband even wondered if maybe it was because we didn’t buy a cup of vegetables for the animals at first. But honestly, the way she looked at us made me question whether it was because of our skin color or ethnicity. What made it even more hurtful was when I went back to buy a small cup of vegetables for the animals that cost $3.20. I handed her $4, and once again she ignored me. She didn’t even hand the vegetables to me — I had to pick them up myself. She also never asked if I wanted my change back. And again, no flower. I’m not upset over a single rose. It’s the

I absolutely loved this place! Just the right amount for children to see and adults too! Wendy in the bunny corral was wonderful! She explained to me how delicate the bunnies were and how we needed to not pick them up and throw them about. She mentioned that many people throw the hay at the bunnies to play with them and that it could actually cause blindness. I don't think a lot of us realize how gentle these creatures are. Please parents watch your children do not let them harm these gentle creatures! It's our duty to protect nature. We must handle them very carefully.

We had such a great time for my son’s 5th birthday. Shout out to Chris, he was super helpful and attentive to us. We had a mixed group of kids ranging from 4-9 years old with adults and everyone had a good time. Animals were so well kept. We will definitely visit again! Thanks again to everyone over at red stone ranch. Becky the event coordinator did a great job communicating with us up until party day. And karmic ice cream was a great touch. The ice cream was perfect !
